Meet the Team

FOUNDER

Toni P. M’mbololo

Toni P. M’mbololo is the Founder and Chairman of Tophic Properties Ltd and brings onboard vast experience having been with Tophic Properties Ltd since its inception in 1996. He remains relevant to the key operations and expansion of the business, and that makes his wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry indispensable to the company.

Group MD/ CEO

Laban T. M’mbololo, Esq.

Laban is a Sales and Business expert with vast experience in the Dubai real estate industry, having partnered with The First Group (TFG), Lock Brown & Partners in Dubai for real estate projects in UAE and Jordan Group for importation of interiors and finishes from PRC, which fuelled his passion for the local real estate. Laban has solid blue-chip corporate experience in creating and executing strategies to improve organizational outcomes having worked in senior positions with Opti-market Inc. Dallas, TX, U.S, a British multinational financial services company, and a pan-African banking conglomerate. Laban has published five books with Xlibris Publishing US, and written business articles that were published on PennPenny.com, featured on the DisAFiMiPodcast in Canada, and highlighted on “This Week in America with Ric Bratton” and the Mike Briggs TV show on “Central Valley Talk” based out of CA, U.S. and appeared on Kenyan National TV: Metropol TV, KTN TV, KBC TV, Citizen TV addressing issues on a high-octane business environment. Laban holds accreditations from the Oxford and Cambridge RSA (OCR), British Computer Society (BCS), Study House, Highbury College, Portsmouth, U.K,18 CPE credit hours from Computer Help Inc. Plano, TX, U.S. among others.

Executive Director

Hellen Njoki Kihika

Hellen is a seasoned Real-Estate and Statistics professional with an illustrious career spanning over 5 years. Her focus is on building, operating, and scaling businesses across the real estate sector in Voi, Mwatate and soon in the South Coast and Nairobi areas. Under her leadership, Tophic Properties Ltd has played a crucial role in developing a vibrant and secure residential market, expanding housing options in Voi, Landi and Mwatate.

Prior to her current role, Hellen held pivotal roles in Feasibility Studies, Business Development and Financial Analysis in Nawiri African Sprouts and Colkos Enterpises in Nairobi. Hellen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Biostatistics from JKUAT, Main campus.
